India Pesticides: Promoter group member increases stake

Pramod Swarup Agarwal, a member of the promoter group of India Pesticides Limited, has acquired 10,000 equity shares of the company. The acquisition, valued at INR 21,54,800.00 (INR 215.48 per share), was executed via the open market on September 10, 2025.

This transaction increases Agarwal's total holding in India Pesticides Limited from 109,022 shares to 119,022 shares. Consequently, his percentage of total share/voting capital has risen from 0.09% to 0.10%. The acquisition was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

The total equity share capital/voting capital of India Pesticides Limited remains 11,51,63,508 both before and after this acquisition. The shares of India Pesticides Limited are listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
