Fortis Healthcare to meet investors for business and industry updates

Fortis Healthcare Limited (FHL) will engage with investors in two separate meetings this September. The first meeting, the JP Morgan 10th Annual India Conference, is scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2025, at 09:00 Hours (IST). The second, the DAM Capital Healthcare Conference, will take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, also at 09:00 Hours (IST). Both events will be held in-person in Mumbai and will include one-on-one and group discussions with FHL's management team.

These meetings aim to provide investors with a comprehensive update on the general business activities of Fortis Healthcare and insights into the healthcare industry in which the company operates. FHL emphasized that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared or discussed during these investor engagements, underscoring the company's commitment to regulatory compliance.
