Cupid promoter boosts stake to over 31%

Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, a promoter of Cupid Limited, disclosed the acquisition of 1,000,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each in Cupid Limited through open market purchases on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to the acquisition, Aditya Kumar Halwasiya held 82,355,582 shares, representing 30.68% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, the individual's holding increased to 83,355,582 shares, translating to 31.05% of the total share capital. The total promoter and promoter group holding, including Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited, also increased from 43.66% to 44.03%.

The total diluted share/voting capital of Cupid Limited after this acquisition stands at Rs. 31,34,00,000 divided into 31,34,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/-. The acquisition underscores a strengthened position by the promoter within the company.
