Cholamandalam Financial receives promoter reclassification request

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited announced today, September 17, 2025, that it has received a request from Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited for reclassification. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions, currently a member of the promoter group, seeks to reclassify its shareholding from the ‘promoter group’ category to the ‘public’ category, as per Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations.

The request was formalized through a letter dated September 16, 2025. As of that date, Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited holds a "Promoter Group" category shareholding with nil paid-up equity shares and nil percentage of shareholding, according to the company's disclosure.

The proposed reclassification is subject to approval from the board of directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited, as well as regulatory approvals from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
