Cera Sanitaryware nears divestment of Race Polymer Arts LLP stake

Cera Sanitaryware Limited announced on September 17, 2025, that negotiations for the divestment of subsidiary Race Polymer Arts LLP are underway with joint venture partner Shreeyam Ceramic LLP. This follows an earlier communication dated September 2, 2025.

The company confirmed that the terms and conditions for the proposed divestment have been largely agreed upon. All necessary documents and agreements, including the Retirement Deed, are scheduled to be executed by September 30, 2025. This move aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding material events.
