Bombay Dyeing appoints Rohit Santhosh as Bombay Realty CEO

The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited has announced the appointment of Rohit Santhosh as the chief executive officer of Bombay Realty, effective September 18, 2025. This decision, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the board of directors. Santhosh will also serve as a senior management personnel within the company.

Santhosh brings over 17 years of diverse, multi-functional, and international experience from leading organizations such as CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Allahabad, his expertise encompasses P&L management for residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable-power projects.
