Bharat Petroleum appoints statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) announced the appointment of M. M. Nissim & Co LLP and Manohar Chowdhry & Associates as its statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2025-26. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) made this appointment under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, according to a September 17, 2025, disclosure to the stock exchanges.

M. M. Nissim & Co LLP, established in 1927, is a multi-disciplinary firm with a pan-India presence and a legacy spanning nearly eight decades. Manohar Chowdhry & Associates, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Chennai, has 31 partners across 14 offices in India and is a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
