Bandhan Bank pares stake in YES Bank

Bandhan Bank Limited has disclosed the sale of 15,39,34,975 equity shares of YES Bank Limited. The shares were sold at a rate of Rs. 21.50 per equity share to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on September 17, 2025.

This transaction has resulted in a reduction of Bandhan Bank's shareholding in YES Bank Limited from 0.70% to 0.21%. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and is a continuation of a previous communication dated May 09, 2025.

The announcement, signed by Indranil Banerjee, company secretary, on September 17, 2025, also states that the disclosure is being simultaneously uploaded on the bank's website.
