Avantel secures over Rs 1.9 crore maintenance contract

Avantel Limited, a provider of telecommunication products and services, has secured a maintenance contract worth Rs 1.94 Crores (Incl. Taxes). M/s. Fleet Maintenance Unit awarded the contract, which was announced on September 17, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The contract is for service-related work and includes a Performance Bank Guarantee of 3%. The execution of the order is expected to be completed by September 19, 2027. Avantel confirmed that the contract does not involve any promoter, promoter group, or group company interests, and it is not considered a related party transaction.
