Artson Engineering appoints Subhra Gourisaria, reconstitutes key committees

Artson Engineering Limited, a Tata Enterprise, announced on September 17, 2025, the appointment of Subhra Gourisaria as an additional director (non-executive) to its board, effective September 15, 2025. This appointment follows recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and is subject to shareholder approval. Gourisaria, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in business finance, brings expertise from roles at Tata Projects Limited, Rallis India Limited, and Hindustan Unilever Limited. She is not related to any other director of the company.

Following Gourisaria's appointment, Artson Engineering has reconstituted three key board committees. The audit committee now includes Subhra Gourisaria, Jyotisman Dasgupta, and Ashish Kulkarni. The corporate social responsibility committee comprises Ashish Kulkarni, Subhra Gourisaria, and Shashank Jha. Lastly, the project review committee consists of Jyotisman Dasgupta, Ashish Kulkarni, and Subhra Gourisaria. These changes reflect a strategic realignment of responsibilities within the board's oversight functions.
