Apar Industries subsidiary rebrands as APAR USA LLC

Apar Industries Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited of a change in the name of its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary. The subsidiary, formerly known as CEMA WIRES & CABLES LLC, USA, will now operate under the new name of "APAR USA LLC." This change became effective on September 15, 2025.

The announcement, dated September 17, 2025, references previous communications and adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
