Wardwizard promoter pledges shares for financial assistance

Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility Limited announced that its promoter, Yatin Sanjay Gupte, has pledged 3,000,000 equity shares in favor of M/S. Comfort Fincap Limited. The transaction, dated September 11, 2025, is detailed in a disclosure under SEBI Regulations, 2011.

The shares, valued at INR 1 each, constitute 1.15% of the total voting capital. This pledge was made to secure financial assistance as per the terms of a financing/credit facility agreement. Post-transaction, Yatin Sanjay Gupte's encumbered shares increased from 38,121,729 (14.62%) to 41,121,729 (15.77%) of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility remains INR 260,693,900.
