Tata Communications liquidates indirect Dutch subsidiary

Tata Communications announced the liquidation of MuCoSo B.V., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary domiciled in the Netherlands. The winding-up process concluded on September 16, 2025. MuCoSo B.V. was a non-operating entity, and its dissolution follows Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the disclosure, MuCoSo B.V. contributed turnover of €1,26,466 (0%) and had a net worth of €(6,167) (0%) for the fiscal year 2024-25. As an indirect subsidiary, no consideration was received by Tata Communications following its liquidation. The transaction did not involve any related party buyers and falls outside the scope of a slump sale or scheme of arrangement.
