Swan Corp appoints new independent director and company secretary

Swan Corp Limited (formerly Swan Energy Limited) announced the appointment of Ms. Shanaya Manish Munot as an additional independent women director and Mr. Bhushan Kishor Joshi as company secretary and compliance officer. The appointments were approved by the board of directors at a meeting held on September 16, 2025.

Ms. Munot is appointed for a period of five years, effective September 16, 2025, to September 15, 2030, pending shareholder approval. She holds a bachelor of science in foreign service from Georgetown University and brings over six years of experience in corporate governance and strategic leadership, having worked as an investment banker at UBS in EMEA. She is also the founder & CEO of BhoomiSure, an insurtech company.

Mr. Joshi will also serve as a key managerial personnel, effective September 16, 2025. A commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ("ICSI"), Mr. Joshi has over 10 years of experience in corporate laws and compliances. The appointments were recommended by the nomination & remuneration committee.
