SoftTech CFO Kamal Agrawal resigns, effective September 2025

SoftTech Engineers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited of the resignation of Kamal Agrawal as chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on September 16, 2025.

According to the official announcement, Agrawal’s departure is prompted by personal reasons, and he confirmed that there are no other material factors contributing to his decision. The company included his resignation letter as Annexure II, which reiterates these personal reasons.

The company's disclosure confirms that Agrawal will cease to be the authorized key managerial personnel for determining materiality of events and for making disclosures to stock exchanges.
