Sansera Engineering sets AGM, dividend record date; proposes ₹3.25 payout

Sansera Engineering Limited will hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM (IST) via VC/OAVM. The company’s Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive), to determine eligible members for the dividend and AGM.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share (face value ₹2.00 each) for the financial year 2024-25. This dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to beneficial owners as of Friday, September 19, 2025 (record date), and to members listed in the Register of Members by the close of business on the same date. The dividend will be paid on or before 30 days from the date of declaration by the shareholders.

The AGM agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of the dividend, re-appointment of Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham as a director, and re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors for a second five-year term (2025-26 to 2029-30). Additionally, shareholders will vote on the ratification of remuneration for cost auditors, M/s. Rao, Murthy and Associates (not exceeding ₹3,00,000.00 plus taxes), and the appointment of M/s. BMP & Co. LLP as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years (2025-26 to 2029-30).
