Roto Pumps secures major order for progressive cavity pumps

Roto Pumps Limited informed stock exchanges today, September 16, 2025, that it has secured a major sales order for the supply of pumps from GPS Renewables Private Limited. The order entails the designing, engineering, and supply of Progressive Cavity Pumps along with supervision support.

The contract is valued at ₹7.25 crores, exclusive of GST, and is designated as a domestic transaction. The supply is slated for completion during the current financial year.

Roto Pumps confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group/group companies have any interest in GPS Renewables Private Limited, and the order does not fall under related party transactions. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
