Promoter gift reshapes Rashi Peripherals shareholding

Manju Suresh Pansari, a promoter of Rashi Peripherals Limited, has gifted 1,581,592 equity shares to the Kapal Pansari Family Trust. This transfer, executed on September 15, 2025, represents 2.40% of the company’s total share and voting capital.

Before the gift, Manju Suresh Pansari held 5,315,539 shares, or 8.07% of the company. Following the transaction, her holding decreased to 3,733,947 shares, representing 5.67%. Concurrently, the Kapal Pansari Family Trust, also part of the promoter group, increased its stake from 240,000 shares (0.36%) to 1,821,592 shares (2.76%).

The total equity share capital of Rashi Peripherals Limited remains unchanged at INR 32,94,98,325, divided into 6,58,99,665 equity shares of INR 5/- each, both before and after this transfer.
