PNB extends executive director M. Paramasivam’s term

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has informed stock exchanges about the extension of M. Paramasivam's term as executive director. The Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, issued a notification on September 15, 2025, to effect this extension.

M. Paramasivam's tenure, previously set to conclude on November 30, 2025, has now been prolonged until March 31, 2027. This extension is aligned with his superannuation date or until further orders are issued, whichever comes first. The bank communicated this information in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited. The communication was signed by Bikramjit Shom, company secretary, on September 16, 2025.
