Pidilite Industries sets record date for bonus share issue

Pidilite Industries Limited has fixed Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as the record date for determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive bonus shares. This follows an intimation on September 12, 2025, regarding the approval by shareholders for the issue of bonus equity shares in a 1:1 ratio.

The company will issue bonus equity shares at a 1:1 ratio, meaning shareholders will receive one bonus share for every share they hold. This decision aligns with Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made by manisha shetty, company secretary, Pidilite Industries Limited, and communicated to both BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
