Nectar Lifesciences premises searched by DRI under Customs Act

Nectar Lifesciences Limited (NLL) disclosed that the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) initiated search operations at its premises on September 15, 2025. The searches, conducted under the Customs Act, 1962, commenced around 11:00 AM and concluded later that night.

The company affirmed its full cooperation with officials, responding to all clarifications and details requested. NLL has committed to providing any further information that the DRI may require.
