Metropolis Healthcare launches new subsidiary for tech-driven solutions

Metropolis Healthcare Limited disclosed the incorporation of Metropolis Quality Solutions Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary, effective September 15, 2025. This new entity was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Maharashtra.

The newly formed subsidiary will operate in the healthcare technology industry, focusing on developing and dealing in technology-driven products and services within the healthcare sector. Metropolis Healthcare Limited holds 100% shareholding and control over the new subsidiary.

The initial capital subscription for Metropolis Quality Solutions Private Limited was made in cash, involving the subscription of 10,000 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10. This strategic move aims to bolster Metropolis Healthcare's footprint in technology-driven healthcare solutions.
