Mehai Technology board approves key documents for rights issue

Mehai Technology Limited's rights issue committee, comprising its board of directors, convened on September 16, 2025, to progress its proposed rights issue. During the meeting, the committee approved and adopted the letter of offer, rights entitlement letter, common application form, and other necessary issue-related materials.

These documents will now be filed with BSE Limited and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Following these filings, the materials will be dispatched to eligible equity shareholders of the company as of the record date, September 18, 2025, in due course.

The rights issue committee meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:00 p.m. This step follows a previous communication dated September 12, 2025, regarding the rights issue.
