JSW Holdings announces trading window closure for Q2 results

JSW Holdings Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure applies to designated persons and is effective from October 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter, which ends on September 30, 2025. This measure is in accordance with JSW Holdings Limited's Code of Conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
