Insolation Energy secures 34 MW solar project awards

Insolation Energy's subsidiary companies, Insolation Green Infra Private Limited, MGVI Green Infra One Private Limited, and MGVI Green Infra Two Private Limited, have been awarded letters of award (LOAs) for 17 grid-connected solar power plant sites under the PMKUSUM Component A Scheme. These LOAs encompass the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance for 25 years from the commercial operation date (COD), including associated 11 KV lines and remote monitoring systems.

The combined capacity of these SPV solar power plants totals 34 MW. The projects will generate annual electricity units and revenue, with final levelized tariffs of INR 3.02 per unit for one site, INR 2.70 per unit for 13 sites, and INR 2.65 per unit for three sites. The contract is expected to lead to an investment of approximately INR 113 Crores (including GST) and is projected to be executed in the financial year 2026-27.

The 34 MW solar plants are anticipated to generate a total of 544,000,000 Kwh annually, yielding a total annual revenue of INR 147,424,000. These awards were granted by Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL).
