Insolation Energy promoter group increases stake

Vikas Jain HUF, a promoter group entity of Insolation Energy Limited, has disclosed an acquisition of 3,000 equity shares in the company. This transaction, executed via open market on September 11, 2025, increased their total holding from 97,600 shares (0.0443%) to 100,600 shares (0.0457%) of the total voting capital.
