India Pesticides: Promoters continue open market stake increase

Sudha Agarwal, a promoter group member of India Pesticides Limited, acquired 10,000 equity shares of the company on September 10, 2025. The acquisition, executed through the open market, was valued at INR 214.65 per share, totaling INR 21,46,500. This transaction increased Sudha Agarwal's holding from 7.06% to 7.07% of voting rights.

Concurrently, Anand Swarup Agarwal, another promoter, also acquired 10,000 equity shares on the same date. This open market purchase was priced at INR 214.73 per share, amounting to INR 21,47,300. Following this acquisition, Anand Swarup Agarwal's holding increased from 31.14% to 31.15% of voting rights.

These disclosures were made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
