Independent director resigns from Astral Limited board

Kaushal Nakrani has resigned as an independent director of Astral Limited, effective September 16, 2025. Her resignation also means stepping down as a member of the nomination and remuneration committee. The reason provided for her departure is "preoccupation and other professional commitments."

The company confirmed that Nakrani does not hold directorships or board committee memberships in any other listed entities. She further confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated in her letter.

Astral Limited communicated this change in board composition in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024.
