Gokaldas Exports concludes 22nd AGM, approves financial statements

Gokaldas Exports Limited successfully conducted its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, via video conference. A total of 131 members attended the meeting, chaired by Mathew Cyriac, chairman of the company. Proceedings included the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2025, along with the auditors' and board's reports.

Key resolutions passed at the AGM included the re-appointment of Prabhat Kumar Singh as whole-time director. Additionally, a special resolution was approved for the shifting of the company's registered office from the state of Karnataka to the state of Maharashtra, necessitating an amendment to the Memorandum of Association.

The AGM also saw the appointment of M/s Nagendra D Rao & Associates LLP as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term. Gourish Hegde, company secretary & compliance officer, provided guidance on the meeting's conduct, with Nagendra D Rao appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
