DCB Bank appoints Krishna Ramasankaran as chief internal auditor

DCB Bank has announced a change in its chief internal auditor (CIA) and senior management personnel (SMP). Ms. Anuradha T.P. ceased to hold these positions at the close of business hours on September 16, 2025.

Mr. Krishna Ramasankaran will assume the role of CIA with effect from the opening of business hours on September 17, 2025. He is appointed for a period of three years and will also serve as senior management personnel (SMP) of the bank.

The bank acknowledged and expressed appreciation for Ms. Anuradha T.P.'s commitment and contribution during her tenure. This change aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
