D.B. Corp wins dispute as NCLT dismisses insolvency petition

D.B. Corp Limited announced on September 16, 2025, that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, dismissed an insolvency petition filed against the company. The petition, registered as C.P.(IB)/ 131(AHM)2025, was initiated by Go Paper GmbH & Co. KG under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The NCLT's order, pronounced on September 15, 2025, and uploaded to the NCLT website on September 16, 2025, cited a pre-existing dispute between the parties as the ground for dismissal. D.B. Corp received the e-mail notification of the order on September 16, 2025, at 5:28 p.m. IST.
