Cyient Semiconductors, Anora partner for turnkey test solutions

Hyderabad, India – Cyient Semiconductors announced a strategic partnership with Anora, a global provider of semiconductor test, testability, and validation services, on September 16, 2025. This collaboration aims to offer comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for semiconductor product development.

As part of the partnership, the companies will establish a semiconductor validation and production test floor in Bangalore, India. This state-of-the-art facility will feature clean room capabilities and equipment to productize silicon to volume production, including probers, engineering and production handlers, automated test equipment platforms, and custom test solutions. This new facility significantly augments existing clean room operations in Allen, Texas, USA.

The partnership enables customers to accelerate time-to-market and reduce risk by offering expertise across the entire semiconductor value chain, from architecture and design to silicon bring-up, qualification, and testing. Cyient Semiconductors is headquartered in Hyderabad, India, and focuses on custom ASIC/ASSP solutions. Anora, founded in 2008 and based in Texas, specializes in design-for-test, post-silicon validation, and production test services.
