CMS Info Systems acquires majority stake in Securens Systems

CMS Info Systems Limited announced the acquisition of 1,514,299 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Securens Systems Private Limited. This represents 53.89% of Securens Systems' fully diluted share capital under tranche 1 of the arrangement. This information was disclosed in a letter dated September 16, 2025, referencing an earlier communication from July 23, 2025.

The acquisition was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. CMS Info Systems Limited stated that it is in the process of acquiring the remaining shares of Securens Systems through one or more subsequent tranches, with further intimations to be provided upon the completion of each transaction.
