Business Match Services pledges more Centrum Capital shares for group loan

On September 16, 2025, Business Match Services (India) Private Limited reported the creation of a pledge on 900,000 equity shares of Centrum Capital Limited. This transaction falls under Regulation 31(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to this event, Business Match Services (India) Private Limited held 134,499,041 shares, representing 32.33% of Centrum Capital's total share capital. Of these, 76,914,250 shares, or 18.49% of the total share capital, were already encumbered.

The newly pledged shares, valued at 0.22% of Centrum Capital's share capital, were created on September 11, 2025, as a third-party pledge for a loan to group companies. Following this creation, the total encumbered shares held by Business Match Services (India) Private Limited now stand at 77,814,250, equivalent to 18.70% of Centrum Capital's total share capital. The pledge was made in favor of Nidhi Castings and Alloys Private Limited.
