Bikaji Foods appoints joint secretarial auditors, schedules investor meeting

Bikaji Foods International Limited’s shareholders, during their annual general meeting on September 16, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates and M/s V. M. & Associates as joint secretarial auditors for a five-year term. This appointment is effective from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, in compliance with the amended Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations. M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates, an Indian partnership firm established in 2006, specializes in corporate laws and various secretarial matters. M/s V. M. & Associates, established in 1995, focuses on secretarial audits, due diligence, and a broad range of advisory and compliance services. Neither firm has disclosed relationships with Bikaji Foods directors.

In a separate announcement, Bikaji Foods confirmed a group analysts/institutional investors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. IST via virtual mode. The company plans to utilize or refer to its publicly available investor presentations during this meeting. No unpublished price-sensitive information is expected to be shared. These disclosures align with Regulation 30 and 46 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
