AU Small Finance Bank allots equity shares under ESOPs

AU Small Finance Bank Limited has allotted 212,992 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, on September 16, 2025. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options across various ESOP schemes, including ESOP 2016 (8,016 shares), ESOP 2018 (124,486 shares), ESOP 2020 (60,769 shares), and ESOP 2023 (19,721 shares).

The allotment, disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will result in an increase in the Bank's paid-up equity share capital. The capital will rise from Rs. 7,45,89,82,300 to Rs. 7,46,11,12,220.
