ASK Automotive incorporates joint venture with Germany’s T.D. Holding

ASK Automotive Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the incorporation of a joint venture company on September 16, 2025. This follows an intimation dated June 26, 2025, regarding a joint venture agreement with T.D. Holding GMBH, Germany.

The joint venture company is established for manufacturing, marketing, and selling sunroof control cables and/or helix cables for passenger vehicles. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, confirmed its incorporation on September 15, 2025, under the name "ASK GTD CONTROL CABLES PRIVATE LIMITED." This strategic move aims to bolster ASK Automotive's presence in the automotive components sector.
