Apollo Tyres named lead sponsor for Indian cricket team

Apollo Tyres Ltd has been named the lead sponsor of the Indian Cricket Team, forging a three-year strategic partnership with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). This agreement, effective Sept. 16, 2025, grants Apollo Tyres title sponsor rights for all bilateral and ICC men's and women's home and away matches. The Apollo Tyres logo will be prominently displayed on the front and leading arm of the official Team India jersey.

Neeraj Kanwar, vice chairman and managing director of Apollo Tyres, highlighted the honor of becoming the 'National Team Lead Sponsor,' aiming to strengthen consumer trust and showcase Apollo as a leader in its category while supporting Indian sports. Devajit Saikia, honorary secretary of BCCI, acknowledged the partnership as a testament to the teams' performance and the sport's unparalleled reach and influence.

This collaboration is expected to bring impactful fan engagement and innovative activations, celebrating Indian cricket's legacy. Apollo Tyres, an international tire manufacturer with a presence in over 100 countries, markets its products under the global brands Apollo and Vredestein.
