APL Apollo Tubes appoints new statutory and secretarial auditors

APL Apollo Tubes Limited has announced changes to its statutory and secretarial auditors, effective September 15, 2025. M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP have concluded their second five-year term as statutory auditors and ceased their appointment.

Concurrently, the company's members approved the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 40th AGM until the 45th AGM in 2030. Additionally, M/s Parikh & Associates, company secretaries, have been appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year period, spanning from the 40th AGM to the 45th AGM in 2030.
