Zodiac Energy promoter gifts shares to family members

On September 12, 2025, Jugalkishor Harikrishnadas Shah, promoter of Zodiac Energy Limited, gifted 650,000 equity shares to his son and three daughters. His son, Kunjbihari Jugalkishor Shah, received 627,500 shares. Daughters Rinki Kuntal Shah, Apeksha Patwa, and Nehaben Trirupbhai Patwa each received 7,500 shares. These transactions were reported as an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift.

Before the gift, Jugalkishor Harikrishnadas Shah held 1,290,223 shares, representing 8.53% of the total share capital. After the transfer, his holding decreased to 640,223 shares, or 4.23% of the total. Concurrently, Rinki Kuntal Shah, Apeksha Patwa, and Nehaben Trirupbhai Patwa each increased their individual holdings from 800 shares (0.01%) to 8,300 shares (0.05%) post-gift.

The total equity share capital of Zodiac Energy Limited remains at Rs. 15,12,36,900, comprising 15,123,690 equity shares. The overall promoter and PAC holding collectively maintained its position, reflecting an internal reallocation of ownership.
