XTGlobal Infotech reports strong revenue growth, strategic advancements

XTGlobal Infotech Limited achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹23,413.92 lacs for FY 2024-25, marking a 7.83% increase from the previous year. The company reported a net profit of ₹958.31 lacs for the same period. On a standalone basis, revenue grew by 1.31% to ₹7,171.24 lacs, with a net profit of ₹456.59 lacs. The company also announced a 100% foreign investment limit.

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST via Video Conference. The company will not recommend a dividend for FY 2024-25 to conserve resources for business expansion and technology upgrades.

Key strategic initiatives included deepening expertise in cloud, automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. XTGlobal also increased its stake in Network Objects Inc. from 44.33% to 51.33% effective January 6, 2025, making it a subsidiary and consolidating its financial results from that date.
