Wendt (India) announces CEO's departure

Wendt (India) Limited announced that Ninad Gadgil has stepped down from his roles as executive director and chief executive officer. This change became effective at the end of business hours on September 15, 2025. The company had previously intimated this development on July 21, 2025.
