Wardwizard: Share pledge disclosures revised, encumbrance increases.

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has submitted revised disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. These revisions rectify inconsistencies in previous filings from September 5th and September 11th, 2025, regarding encumbered shares and post-event encumbrance.

The updated disclosures detail two pledge creations by the promoter. On September 3rd, 2025, 4.9 million equity shares were pledged to JJ Fincap Private Limited. Subsequently, on September 9th, 2025, an additional 5 million equity shares were pledged to Yoginkumar Ashokbhai Patel. These pledges were executed to secure loan against securities (shares) facilities.

Following these transactions, Yatin Sanjay Gupte's encumbered shares increased from 28.2 million (10.83%) to 38.1 million (14.62%) of the total diluted share/voting capital.
