Wardwizard: Promoter share pledge increases further, encumbrance rises.

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has disclosed the creation of a pledge over 3,000,000 equity shares. This pledge, executed on September 11, 2025, is in favor of M/S. Comfort Fincap Limited and secures financial assistance under a financing/credit facility agreement.

Before the pledge, Gupte held 48,566,153 shares, representing 18.63% of the total voting capital. The encumbrance specifically applies to 3,000,000 shares, which constitutes 1.15% of the total diluted share/voting capital.

Following this transaction, Gupte's encumbered shares now total 41,121,729, reflecting 15.77% of the total diluted share/voting capital. The total equity share capital of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited remains at Rs. 26,06,93,900, divided into 260,693,900 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
