Vantage Knowledge Academy announces independent director changes

Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced the cessation of Mr. Wilson David Nadar as an independent director, effective September 15, 2025. This follows the completion of his two consecutive five-year terms, totaling ten years of service. The board of directors expressed appreciation for his contributions.

Concurrently, Mrs. Deepali Jain has been appointed as an additional independent director, effective September 15, 2025. Her appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Jain brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles, encompassing entrepreneurship, team supervision, and directorship.

The board now includes Neeta Rajesh Dedhia as managing director, Kiran Bharatkumar Gandhi, Bindi Jayantilal Gada, and Ibrahim Umer Motiwala as non-executive - non-independent directors, and Deepali Jain as an additional non-executive independent director. Mrs. Jain will also serve on the audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and stakeholders relationship committee as a member, while Bindi Jayantilal Gada chairs all three committees.
