Shree Ganesh Remedies names Gunjan Kothia head of business development

Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited informed the BSE on September 15, 2025, about the resignation of Gunjan Chandulal Kothia from his directorship, effective the same day. This decision aligns with his transition into a new role within the company as the head of business development and innovation.

The board of directors approved both Kothia's resignation as director and his appointment as head of business development and innovation, a senior management personnel position.

Kothia, 33, holds a graduate degree in chemical engineering and a master of science from Leeds University. He brings eight years of experience in research and development of pharmaceutical intermediates and seven years in business development of pharmaceutical intermediates and organic pigments, equipped with extensive technical knowledge in organic chemical synthesis and catalytic reactions.
