RACL Geartech forms strategic alliance with ARRK Engineering

RACL Geartech Limited has entered into a strategic technical agreement with ARRK Engineering GmbH, a German engineering services provider. This alliance, effective September 15, 2025, aims to leverage ARRK Engineering's expertise in product design, prototyping, virtual simulation, testing, and validation.

The collaboration will combine ARRK Engineering's advanced design and simulation tools with RACL Geartech's capabilities in mass production of high-precision gears, shafts, and machined components. This synergy targets next-generation drive train and transmission solutions for the global automotive and E-Mobility sectors, enabling RACL to offer comprehensive concept-to-production solutions to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

This strategic move will position RACL Geartech to provide end-to-end solutions, expanding beyond manufacturing to include product design, engineering, testing, and validation services. The company expects to move up the value chain, transforming from a component supplier to an integrated engineering and industrialization solution provider.
