Promoter sells 6.19% stake in Blue Jet Healthcare

Akshay Bansarilal Arora, a promoter of Blue Jet Healthcare Limited, has sold 10,734,529 equity shares, representing 6.19% of the company's total issued and paid-up equity share capital. The sale took place on September 10, 2025, for non-retail investors and September 11, 2025, for retail investors.

Prior to this transaction, Arora held 119,670,324 shares, or 68.99% of the voting capital. Following the sale, his holding decreased to 108,935,795 shares, now representing 62.80% of the total voting capital. The transaction was conducted in accordance with SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011, and relevant circulars concerning Offer for Sale (OFS) mechanisms.

The sale of these equity shares, each with a face value of ₹2, was part of an offer for sale initially announced on September 9, 2025. The total equity share capital of Blue Jet Healthcare remains at 17,34,65,425 shares, valued at ₹34,69,30,850.
