PPFAS Mutual Fund increases stake in Indian Energy Exchange

PPFAS Mutual Fund, through its various schemes and persons acting in concert, has disclosed an increase in its shareholding in Indian Energy Exchange Limited. The fund acquired 991,084 shares on September 10, 2025, through an open market transaction, representing 0.11% of the target company's total share/voting capital.

Prior to this acquisition, PPFAS Mutual Fund held 80,928,741 shares, accounting for 9.08% of Indian Energy Exchange's total share/voting capital. Following the transaction, the fund's total holding now stands at 81,919,825 shares, increasing its stake to 9.19%. The equity share capital of Indian Energy Exchange remains at Rs. 891,692,735, with shares valued at Re. 1 per share.

This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was executed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
