NCC secures major reservoir construction contract in Bihar

NCC Limited has received a major order from the Water Resources Department, Bihar, for the construction of the Barner Reservoir Scheme in Jamui district. The announcement, made on September 15, 2025, details a contract valued at approximately Rs. 2090.5 crore, excluding GST.

The project encompasses the construction of the Barnar reservoir, dam structures, irrigation channels, and other associated works. It is categorized as a domestic order, with a construction period of 30 months and a Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 60 months.

NCC Limited confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, nor does the contract involve any related party transactions. This strategic win is expected to significantly contribute to the company's financial performance.
